POLICIES

All of our garments are made of high quality fabric and trims. We offer you different fabric choices, trims and embelishments to make your dream dress.

All figure skating dresses are made as they are ordered, which allows for individual changes to the style of the dress: colors, embroidery, stones, sleeves and skirt styles. No dress will be cut, sewn or embellished until full payment is received. Most dresses with chiffon or mesh skirts include 2 or 3 skirt layers. Additional skirt layers cost $10.00 per layer. Most lycra or velvet skirts require 1 layer unless the design calls for any additional layers. Competition dress bodices are fully lined front and back (excludes mesh area) all dresses come with a matching hair scrunchie.

Ice skating skirts, leotards, practice dresses and jackets are made as ordered and will take approximatly 1-3 weeks if you want these orders made to measure this will cost an extra $15.00 all of these items are fully lined except for mesh areas.

An estimated shipping date will be emailed to you based on the figure skating dress you order. Custom figure skating dress orders are usually filled within 4-8 weeks. Figure skating jackets, skirts, leotards or practice dresses are made within 2-6 weeks.

We accept credit cards and bank payments through Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to pay for items. You may also contact us directly with your order and payment information.

RUSH ORDERS – If you need an ice skating dress in a rush (2 weeks or less) and we can accommodate your request, a $25.00 Rush Fee will be applied to your order. Please contact us before placing your order.

Postage

If you live in Melbourne you can pick up your garments after product is made and payment has been cleare d or we can incure an extra charge for postage.

For interstate and international orders postage will depend on weight of garment, if you need express postage this will icure an extra charge.

Returns/Exchanges:

Returns/Exchanges are for defective merchandise only. Returns/Exchanges must be unwashed, unworn only and must be made within 10 days. The customer is responsible for the return/exchange shipping costs.

We will not be held responsible for incorrect measurements taken by customers or incorrect choice from the Size Chart, so PLEASE SELECT YOUR SIZE CAREFULLY! If you are unsure how to measure, please contact us. Adjustments that can be made will be on a case by case basis and may incur additional charges.

We will not be held responsible for any dress not fitting properly due to growth spurts or weight gain/loss of the skater.
